Now Moroccan Rose has become a mobile treatment service, I would need approximately 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up and for you to complete a consultation form, if you were not a client at the salon. 

Upon arrival, please ensure you are ready for your appointment.

Gift Vouchers are extremely popular at Moroccan Rose, however until we have a permanent base again, gift vouchers will not be available for the time being. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

Please ensure you inform us of any treatment cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 50% of your treatment will be charged if we do not receive any prior notice or less than 48 hours is given.

Failure to pay a cancellation fee will result in a delay of re booking your next appointment.

Frequent cancellations will result in future treatment having to be paid in full upfront at time of booking.

Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time and day. Michaela gets booked up weeks in advance so please do keep this in mind when trying to book. It is advised to re book your following appointment(s) on the day or block book in advance. This will also ensure you maintain your treatment results as recommended by your beauty therapist, Michaela.

Cancellation Policy

Please do be respectful if you need to cancel or amend your treatments booking.

We do have a strict policy in place which applies to everyone.

Our policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you do need to amend or cancel your booking. We will accept 24 hours or less if only in an emergency and you have informed us.

You can not amend your treatment on the day as specific time would of been allocated for your appointment and you will still be charged the original treatment booking.

If you need to amend or cancel please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not send direct messages, via our social media channels to cancel as this will not be accepted.

We advise you to call during working hours and leave a message if no one is able to answer or you can email.

Booking Deposit

To secure your booking, Moroccan Rose will require a booking deposit at time of booking.

This can be payable at time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from your treatment on the day. 

The booking deposit will be a minimum of £10.

If your treatment is longer, we may require a slightly higher deposit.

Please kindly note the remainder of the balance will need to be paid on the day.

(If you are paying in cash, please ensure you have the correct amount)

Once we have received your booking deposit, a confirmation email or text message will be sent to you. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you wish to cancel during this time and no longer wish to reschedule we will happily transfer your deposit back.

If you need to cancel, your deposit but reschedule, your deposit will still remain for your rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours or less, we will require the full balance to be paid.

No further appointments will be made if you refuse to pay.
