Now Moroccan Rose has become a mobile home treatment service, I would need approximately 15 / 20 minutes prior to your appointment to set up and for you to complete a consultation form.
Upon my arrival, please ensure you are ready for your appointment and for health and safety purposes please ensure no children have access to where your treatments will be performed.
Gift Vouchers are extremely popular at Moroccan Rose, however until we have a permanent base again, gift vouchers will not be available for the time being. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Booking An Appointment
Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time and day. Michaela gets booked up in advance so please do keep this in mind when trying to book.
It is advised to re book your following appointments on the day or block book in advance.
This will also ensure you maintain your treatment results as recommended by your beauty therapist, Michaela.
You can book an appointment via email, telephone or text message. Please do not direct message via our social media; Instagram and Facebook as messages may get missed.
For any advise on treatments or products please kindly send a detailed email with any concerns and Michaela will be more than happy to assist you in choosing the correct treatments for you.
When booking please state your full name, contact number, treatment name, your location, your preferred time and day.
Please do be respectful if you need to cancel or amend your treatments booking.
We do have a strict policy in place which applies to everyone.
Our policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you do need to amend or cancel your booking
You can not amend your treatment on the day as specific time would of been allocated for your appointment(s) and you will still be charged for the original treatment booking / time.
If you need to amend or cancel please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not send direct messages, via our social media channels to cancel as this will not be accepted.
We advise you to call during working hours and leave a message if no one is able to answer your call. Alternatively please send a email to
To avoid any charges, please allow 48 hours notice to cancel or amend.
If you need to cancel and it is on days Moroccan Rose is closed or out of working hours, please send an email informing us you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancelling on the day will incur the full 100% of your treatment booking total to be paid before any additional treatments can go ahead / be booked in.
To secure your booking, Moroccan Rose requires a booking confirmation
deposit at time of booking.
This can be payable at time of booking where we will provide you with our bank details for you to make a treatment booking deposit transfer.
Without your deposit, your booking will not be confirmed
The deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day.
The booking deposit is £10.
In some cases, dependant on length of treatment, we may require a slightly higher deposit.
Please kindly note the remainder of the balance will need to be paid on the day.
(If you are paying in cash, please ensure you have the correct amount on the day)
Once we have received your booking deposit, a confirmation email or text message will be sent to you.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
If you wish to cancel during this time and no longer wish to reschedule we will happily transfer your deposit back.
If you need to cancel your appointment but would like to reschedule, your deposit will still remain for your rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours or less, we will require the full balance to be paid.
No further appointments will be made if you refuse to pay the total.
It is not something we ever want to do, but last minute cancellations affects a small independent significantly and we need to protect ourselves.
Trying to fill appointment slots at such short notice if cancelling last minute is near impossible and again impacts our small business.
