Scheduling Appointments

We highly recommend that you book any salon treatments in advance. This secures your prefered time and day. 

Arrival Times 

On your first visit we kindly will request that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment is due to begin in order to complete a short consultation form. 

Please arrive a few minutes early for any subsequent appointments. 

All treatments begin at the time you are booked in; late arrival will result in precious minutes being lost from your treatment. (You will still then be charged for the full treatment)

Exceptionally late arrivals risk missing their treatment all together and will still have to pay for the missed treatment.

Refusal to pay for your treatment will result in no further appointments being scheduled. 

Gift Vouchers 

We have a variety of beautiful gift vouchers available.

Available in 'amount' (no minimum spend) 'treatment' 'baby' 'happy birthday' and 'christmas'

Gift vouchers for special occasions are also available, such as Mothers Day / Fathers day / Valentines Day 

 

Treatment vouchers MUST be presented when redeeming.

Vouchers are valid for 4 months from date of issue and are non refundable.

Moroccan Rose holds NO responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep them somewhere safe, but also somewhere you will not forget about them! 

Due to the high volume of vouchers purchased throughout the year, sadly we can NOT EXTEND them. 

We do send out reminders via telephone or email. 

Please quote your unique voucher id number when booking - the number can be found on the back MR-- 

Cancellation Policy 

Please ensure you inform us of any treatment cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 50% of your treatment will be charged if we do not receive any prior notice or less than 48 hours is given.

Failure to pay a cancellation fee will result in a delay of re booking your next appointment.

Frequent cancellations will result in future treatment having to be paid in full upfront at time of booking.

No Shows 

No Shows are totally unacceptable. 

Appointment reminders are sent out, so there is no reason to not show up.

If you can not make your appointment please do inform us so we can offer the appointment to someone else. 

Not showing to your appointment will result in a 50% charge. Please see above to our cancellation policy as the same terms and conditions will apply.
