Please kindly be aware as I am busy with clients day to day, I do not check our social platforms as often during the day. So I kindly ask you to enquire or book via one of your preferred methods from the above.

We do NOT accept cancellations via social media. 


Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin at the scheduled time so our next client is not delayed. If you do not attend or are 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be reduced and you will still be charged for the full treatment. Treatments over 15 minutes late will not be able to be done and you will still be charged for your appointment. Please allow sufficient travel time to avoid running and arriving late.


If it is your first visit to Moroccan Rose, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment is due to begin to complete a consultation form. Late arrival will mean minutes will be lost from your treatment(s) as a consultation MUST be completed prior. Please inform us of any updates such as change of address, medication, illness etc so we can update our records. Our records are strictly confidential and comply with GDPR.


Moroccan Rose has the right to review our prices with inflation when required. We will only adjust our pricing where absolutely necessary. Sufficient notice will be given if and when this may happen.


Please note we hold a very strict cancellation policy, where we require a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or amend any upcoming appointments. Appointments cancelled within under 48 hours will incur a charge of half the treatment total. If you fail to attend your appointment and fail to notify us, you will incur a charge of the full treatment total. Failure to pay the charge will result in no further appointments being booked at Moroccan Rose.

To cancel or amend any scheduled bookings, please contact us via TELEPHONE / TEXT or EMAIL. We do NOT accept cancellations made via social media DM'S as when we are busy, we do not get the chance to look at our social pages as often and messages will not be seen.  

If you need to cancel your appointment and we are closed the following day(s) for example, we still require a telephone / text or email notifying us, we still require 48 hours notice.


If purchasing products at Moroccan Rose, unless your product is faulty or damaged, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

If we are ordering products specifically in for you, please note we require 50% of the product total on the day of your order request. The remaining balance will be required once the products have been delivered to Moroccan Rose. We can post items to you but please note postage and packaging charges will apply. Alternatively you can pick up on a time and day that is convenient to you (please notify us if you wish to pick up so we can ensure we are not in treatments. 




Gift Vouchers are non refundable and non transferable. Our gift vouchers are strictly valid for 3 months from date of issue. We will remind you to book in with us if you have reached 6 weeks, which allows you 6 weeks to schedule your appointment in. We can not extend gift vouchers once expired. 


Moroccan Rose requires you to bring your gift vouchers with you on the day of your appointment as proof of purchase. Please keep vouchers somewhere where they can not be lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten about. We can not provide treatments without your gift voucher.


Each gift voucher will have a unique booking reference code, which will need to be stated when booking with your voucher. 


Gift vouchers are available as 'treatment' or 'amount'

Treatment : Choose a treatment for someone. If the recipient would like to choose an alternative treatment, they can. If the alternative treatment is more expensive, the difference can be paid on the day. If the alternative treatment chosen is less than the treatment paid for, we do not give you the difference in cost back.

Amount : No minimum spend, choose the amount of your choice.


Gift vouchers can be purchased at Moroccan Rose. We do not have E-Vouchers available. If posting vouchers to you or the recipient receiving, please note postage fees apply. 


When ordering vouchers, not in person, please allow sufficient time for them to arrive in the post. 


If you are pregnant or think you may be, we require you to inform us as soon as you find out, even before 12 weeks. This is for your safety and also as some treatments and products will not be suitable for use. For treatments such as massage, you will need to wait until you are 12 weeks and beginning your second trimester. Other treatments such as nails, waxing, lash lifts, tinting etc are safe before 12 weeks. If you wish to wait until 12 weeks that is absolutely fine. If you are within the first 12 weeks, please note we will avoid the tummy area (eg for waxing) Suitable adjustments will be made, such as positioning on the treatment bed and avoiding using some products. 

It is important and we require you to keep us up to date throughout your pregnancy, including medical appointments for the safety of you and your baby. 


Please be aware we are unable to have children within close proximity of treatments being performed. Unless it is absolutely necessary, we kindly request you do not bring young children / babies to your appointments.


Hygiene is massively important to us,and a priority. All of our work areas, including equipment are throroughly wiped down and sanitised between appointments. Each client will always be provided with fresh towels for treatments. 

FLIP FLOPS - Please bring basic open toed flip flops for pedicure treatments. 


Please note we only accept cash or bank transfer as payment.
