Moroccan Rose is a small independent business, please be mindful and respectful where possible to adhere to our policies. Thank you.

Please kindly be aware as we are busy with clients day to day, we do not check our social platforms as often during the day. We kindly ask you to enquire or book via one of your preferred methods from the above.
We do NOT accept cancellations via social media.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT(S)
Our time is precious and to protect our small business, please kindly be aware and respect our cancellation policy.
At Moroccan Rose, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment(s)
If you can no longer attend your appointment and cancel within 24 hours, or less, please kindly be aware you will be charged 100% of your treatment total. Last minute / on the day cancellations can not be filled at such short notice and we this has a significant impact on our business.
Failure to comply with our cancellation policy. will result in no future bookings from being booked in.
