Marvel Brow - Brow and Lash Tint is a new and unique way of tinting brows and lashes using a gentle peroxide free formulation that is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested for use around the eyes.
Marvel Brow is a super fast, two step system based on natural plant extracts that leaves the brows and lashes perfectly coloured for up to six weeks. Predominantly developed to tint the brows (skin and hair) Marvel Brow can also be used to tint the lashes with gorgeous, eye flattering effects.

Sensitivity Test
Marvel Brow and Lash Tint does not contain any known allergens and therefore sensitivity testing is not mandatory. However, if you prefer we complete a sensitivity test we absolutely can. This is recommended to be done 48-72 hours prior to treatment. If no swelling, redness or irritation occurs during this time, the chance of a reaction is very much less likely to happen.
Step by step on a Marvel Brow Brow Tinting treatment
- Cleansing of the brow area, removing any eye make up with a non oily make up remover
- Surrounding skin is protected with petroleum jelly.
- The tint is applied using a micro applicator or tinting brush. The tint will be left on the brows for 2 minutes, before being blotted off any residue.
- The developer is then applied to the brows. The colour will change dramatically and immediately, which is the activation process, which takes 1 minute.
- Excess residue will be blotted off to reveal your freshly tinted brows.
Professionals allow 15/20 minutes for this treatment.
The colour will develop a little further over the 12 hours following treatment.
Unlike oxidative tints (cream and peroxide), it works by staining the hair and skin, for perfectly defined brows. Marvel Brow tint is not absorbed into the hair shaft as it is the case with oxidising tints (i.e cream and liquid peroxide)
This is a great option if you do not have much hair needed to create a shape. The colour lasts up to six weeks and 5 days on the skin.

How does it work?
The two products are not mixed together but applied one after the other.
The brow tint (plant complex) reduces the silver irons contained in the developer (silver nitrate) to metallic silver, resulting in the stain ( black or brown) on the skin or hair.
How does it differ from the current tint (cream and peroxide)
Marvel Brow works by staining the skin and hair. It is not absorbed into the hair shaft as it is the case with oxidising tints.
Can I use Marvel Brow and Lash Tint if I have had a previous reaction too oxidative tint / hair dye in the past?
One of the chemicals in hair dye that causes the most hair dye allergies is PPD, also known as paraphenylenediamine or p-phenylenediamine. Marvel Brow and Lash Tint does not contain this ingredient
What does the tint contain?
Marvel Brow and Lash Tint contains a plant complex, a blend of natural extracts to achieve colour including common yarrow, chestnut extract, calendula, green tea, thistle, hydrangea, St Johns Wart, Chinese gall-nut, walnut extract, juniper, nettle, blueberry and monks pepper.
What does the developing gel contain?
Silver nitrate (AgNO3) is an inorganic oxidant compound which contains silver, nitrate and oxygen.
Can I use normal make up remover after tinting?
Yes, but due to the high content of NaCI (salt) in some make up removers, the colour could be weakened.
Will Marvel Brow and Lash Tint colour grey eyebrows?
Normally yes. Sometimes very bristly eyebrows are not able to take up the tint due to their special structure. Lightening the untreated hair with bleaching paste first will give you more of an intense colour. Use bleaching paste on the eyebrows only.
Can the tints be mixed?
No they can not due to being a gel consistency and are only effective applying each tint and developer separately.
