Our time is precious and to protect our small business, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment(s) If you can no longer attend your appointment and cancel within 48 hours or less, please kindly be aware you will be charged 100% of your treatment total. If you wish to amend your treatment please do so within 24-48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations / no shows are unacceptable and can not be filled at such short notice, causing a significant impact on our business.
